The association

By establishing the association, we are pursuing the goal of supporting our member companies and their employees in the transformation process through targeted training measures. The network focuses on the specific needs of the regional economy in the course of structural change and makes a significant contribution to the development and retention of skilled labour in Lusatia.   • Logo Emis Electric GmbH

    Emis, a family-run company in Lusatia, offers outstanding services in the fields of electrical engineering, automation and energy supply. With a high level of efficiency in production through the use of cobots and industrial robots, customised robotics solutions including engineering, production and system integration are created. Special emphasis is placed on industrial robots and cobots as well as sophisticated safety concepts that go far beyond simple marketing promises.
    As a regional partner for turnkey PV systems and substations, Emis offers comprehensive solutions for ground-mounted PV systems and large-scale storage systems. With 30 years of experience and a team of 50 specialists, the entire process is accompanied from planning to turnkey handover. Thanks to established partnerships, the highest quality is guaranteed from a single source in order to drive the energy transition forward together.

  • Logo Energiequelle - Energie mit Zukunft

    Energiequelle is a company dedicated to the task of harmonising economy and ecology. With over 500 employees in Germany and Europe, the company is working on making renewable energies usable. Since it was founded in 1997 by Doreen and Michael Raschemann and Joachim Uecker, the company has focussed on project planning, commissioning and operational management of wind energy, biogas and photovoltaic plants as well as substations and storage facilities.
    The company has developed into one of the largest German providers in the renewable energy sector. Particular milestones include the acquisition of the French company "P&T" in 2010 and the realisation of Feldheim, the first energy self-sufficient village in Germany. In 2015, the regional control power plant (RRKW) was put into operation to compensate for grid frequency fluctuations.
    Energiequelle is constantly expanding and has established branches in Poland, Greece and South Africa. Since 2019, the company has been managed solely by Michael Raschemann. In 2022, Energiequelle celebrated its 25th anniversary and the highest turnover year in the company's history.

  • EPNE is an agile and effective team with offices in the heart of Berlin and Cottbus. Committed and experienced colleagues work consistently to advance the energy transition on a GIGA scale. EPNE is characterised by big plans and the energy to implement them.

    Euro-K offers comprehensive advice on energy technology issues, including process analysis and project planning. With extensive simulation and computing services in the areas of flow analysis, strength analysis and process optimisation, further investigations and developments of individual components and complete systems are made possible. The developments are driven forward on project-related test benches through real tests and the findings from the simulation processes are validated.

    GMB is a leading industrial service provider from Lusatia and a pioneer of structural change in the region. The company plans and monitors complex projects, ensures high availability of plants, increases their efficiency and helps to reduce maintenance costs.
    GMB provides services in three business areas: engineering services, specialised civil engineering/earthworks and track construction, and operational management. The portfolio covers the entire value chain - consulting, engineering, planning, production, assembly, operational management, maintenance, plant expansion and environmental technologies. GMB stands for maximum safety, sustainability and quality and actively contributes to structural change in Lusatia

    SwS offers a comprehensive range of services that includes the inspection of systems as defined by water legislation (WHG, AwSV). This includes heating oil tank systems and storage facilities for oil firing, galvanising systems, solvent systems, fuel test benches, biogas systems, filling areas, separators and storage systems. As a state-certified and recognised expert organisation, SwS is a registered association (e.V.) which, on the basis of a certificate of recognition from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of the Environment, is permitted to qualify experts throughout Germany and appoint them as AwSV experts.     H2 Core Systems develops, manufactures and maintains modularly configurable electrolysis systems that can be expanded and scaled at any time. These solutions are ideal in combination with photovoltaic or wind power systems for a decentralised, self-sufficient and green energy supply that can be used worldwide. The systems from H2 Core Systems make green hydrogen available for everyone and everywhere, from 100% renewable energy sources, in a standardised, flexible and intelligent way. They replace fossil energy with carbon-free alternatives.

    hi.work GmbH specialises in all services at high-altitude work sites. Whether inspections and repairs on wind turbines or installation and maintenance on façades and roofs - with decades of experience and state-of-the-art technologies, hi.work finds solutions for almost all challenges

  • Logo Sero Lausitz GmbH

    Sero Lausitz keeps valuable building materials in the regional cycle. Mineral waste from construction and demolition work as well as excavated soil is professionally reprocessed in the Secondary Raw Materials Centre and made available to regional industry as high-quality secondary raw materials.
    Innovative plant technology is used to return these materials to their original product: Concrete rubble is reused in concrete, track ballast is reutilised and processed soils are made available for recultivation. This conserves primary resources and saves CO2 by reducing transport distances.
    For sensitive construction projects, Sero Lausitz also offers building materials made from natural materials and provides support with dismantling measures, logistics, disposal and recultivation.

  • Logo UKA (Der Energieparkentwickler)

    UKA is a full-service developer specialising in the planning, construction, operation and sale of wind and photovoltaic (PV) parks. The company designs a sustainable power supply in Germany, Europe and America that is independent of fossil fuel imports, has low electricity generation costs and is climate-friendly.
    Since its foundation in 1999, UKA has pursued a long-term business strategy. The owner-managed company attaches great importance to the highest quality and efficiency criteria and consistently drives projects forward, even if they require patience and perseverance.
    UKA is one of the leading project developers for renewable energies in Germany with a project pipeline of more than 19 gigawatts. UKA also manages wind farms and PV parks through its operations management company UKB.

  • Logo Wankel Supertec - clean & sustainable power

    Wankel SuperTec was founded in 2002 as a spin-off of the Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) in Cottbus. The founder, the then President of the BTU, Prof Dr Ernst Sigmund, worked together with Mr Dankward Eiermann, the long-time chief engineer of Felix Wankel, the inventor of the Wankel engine. The aim was to develop new solutions for key aspects of the Wankel engine such as seals, fuel injection and ignition.
    With Prof Sigmund's deep understanding of physics and Mr Eiermann's 40 years of experience in the development of Wankel engines, Wankel SuperTec developed two series of completely new multi-fuel Wankel engines.
    Today, Wankel SuperTec focuses on the continuous improvement and commercialisation of these engines
